Perfect location & awesome staff!

Had an amazing stay! The location was super convenient, close to ICON Park and not far from Universal. Room was comfy, and I got some solid sleep. Carissa at the bar made the whole experience memorable. Whole place is nice, but the lobby cafe could've had better options. Definitely coming back!

Clean room with comfortable beds and friendly staff made my trip enjoyable. The lobby had a welcoming atmosphere, and the hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants. However, the shuttle schedule to the parks was inconvenient and could use improvement. No free breakfast offered was also a letdown.

The pool area was amazing for relaxation after a busy day at the parks. The room was clean, and the location was perfect! We had access to great nearby restaurants and activities.

The hotel was clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. We stayed on the 7th floor, which offered a beautiful view of the sunset. The breakfast staff made our mornings delightful with their warm energy and laughter, particularly Lucy, who greeted us every day and brightened our stay.

The elevator was slow at times.

The location is unbeatable, right across from ICON Park, making it easy to explore nearby restaurants and attractions. The staff was welcoming and helpful, which added to the overall positive experience.

The Holiday Inn Orlando International Dr-Icon, An Ihg provided a convenient location close to numerous dining options and attractions. My room was impressively clean, featuring updated amenities such as Dove lotion and quality toiletries. The staff demonstrated excellent service, particularly the breakfast team, who created a welcoming atmosphere that started each day on a high note.

Breakfast policy was misleading.

Our family loved the perfect location, just a hop from ICON Park. We had a fun-filled day at LEGOLAND® Florida, where each family member found something to enjoy, from thrilling rides to hands-on activities. The shuttle service to the parks was also a great bonus.

For dads, it would be great to have a later check-out option for families attending events. The noise from neighboring rooms made it hard to unwind after our busy days, so some soundproofing would really help.

this hotel exceeded my expectations during a recent wedding celebration. the staff was welcoming and accommodating, and the room was spacious and clean. i had a fantastic experience because it was easy to get to nearby attractions from here.
